Today i bought her second book (Psychologist Q&A).
Those 2 books are really nice to be read. I like the cases written inside the books.They make you curious. Why are some people like that? How do we act when we are facing difficulties?
She teaches us how to manage stress today. We can do sports, yoga, go for Karaoke, do aroma therapy at home and a lot more. But the most important thing is to find out what causes your stress, and try to solve the problems, by this she says, you won't have anymore negative stress.
We even did some simple yoga in the class.The conclusion I get today, is to manage your lifestyle, your time and your money (which are the most important issues in causing stress), even before it cause your worries. The more problems you leave for the neverending-tomorrow, the more stress you will get.
Yeah, good conclusion. Sayings are always easier than action, isn't it? Thats why I always fail. >.<
