It has been some time. Blogging seems less popular. Or maybe it's just me totally stop browsing others' blogs.
But it's not like I blog because others do so. SOmetimes it feels good posting your thoughts or ideas up here. SAme goes with facebook I guess. Nick brought up to me a question that day when we were chit chatting. I told him how other couples are so sweet on facebook they post nice nice thing on their status. And Nick was saying, why arh people want to post their status on facebook? Why wanna tell everyone arh?
I cannot answer. Sigh. Sweet mah? WHy sweet arh I also dunno.
Then people like Dick ah will sure say, "sai meng arhh", "getting skin cancer dee lar".
Hmm..but it is something to think about. Why do we post those sweet sweet stuff on facebook arh. I never know. I thought it is just, yea sweet. But then you know, it's stupid also sometimes, if I post stuff like that and he never reply, then I sad. arhh.. why posting then?
Neh neh just some random thoughts.

To someone I miss a lot.
A post specially for my dearest cousin, sister, and friend.
You know who you are, I hope.
Saw your msg in facebook today, and I realise how much I miss you.
Went back to Malacca for the Mid-autumn festival, and I couldn't find you.
Another two of us were enjoying their time, as usual.
But I know how much they miss you too.
I remember how we walked around Duyung holding our lanterns during Mid-autumn festival every year.
We did the same this year, but it's without you.
I remember how we celebrated each of the uncle and auntie's wedding together, and put on makeups and nice dresses and then laugh at each other, and praising each other's dress, but I couldn't imagine how my wedding would be without you.
I couldn't imagine how your wedding would be without me, too.
I hope I can be there for you.
I hope we can enjoy all these important moments in our lives, together, holding our hands.
And sad moments too.
I have so much to tell you now.
So much that I couldn't possibly finish in a day or two.
So much that it takes a life time to finish it, with you and just you.
I want you to know that no matter what your choice will be, I believe in you, that you will know when is the right time to do the right thing.
And I am always waiting for you, for our paths to cross again.
From a cousin, sister, and friend who loves you always.
You know who you are, I hope.

Generalized anxiety disorder.
“Normal” Worry:
Your worrying significantly disrupts your job, activities, or social life.
Your worrying is uncontrollable.
Your worries are extremely upsetting and stressful.
You worry about all sorts of things, and tend to expect the worst.
You’ve been worrying almost every day for at least six months.
Im in the middle ler..
never noticed it before.until when so many ppl is telling me that how come i so ganjiong all the time one.
sighh..
Diagnosing myself as "mild" GAD.
"mild" not as in not serious you know..very serious edii..its going "moderate" then soon become "severe"
Im dying!!
ganjiong over small small thing all the time. then cannot sleep, or wake up in the middle of the night.then stay awake until the alarm rings.
Went to Counseling class today. There was a question about focusing on the past, or present, or future. Mr. James was saying ppl who keep thinking about the past will feel depressed, and those who focus too much on the future will be anxious all the time.
Guess where I am. Past, present, or future?

One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.
His name was Kyle.
It looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.'
I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.
As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running towards him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt.
His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him...He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes.
My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.
As I handed him his glasses, I said, 'Those guys are jerks.' They really should get lives.
'He looked at me and said, 'Hey thanks!'
There was a big smile on his face. It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived. As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before..
He said he had gone to private school before now. I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.
We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books. He turned out to be a pretty cool kid.
I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my friends. He said yes.
We hung out all the weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.
Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again. I stopped him and said, 'Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!' He just laughed and handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends...
When we were seniors we began to think about college. Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.
I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a problem.
He was going to be a doctor and I was going for business on a football scholarship..
Kyle was valedictorian of our class. I teased him all the time about being a nerd.
He had to prepare a speech for graduation. I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak.
Graduation day, I saw Kyle. He looked great.
He was one of those guys who really found himself during high school.
He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.
He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him.
Boy, sometimes I was jealous!
Today was one of those days.
I could see that he was nervous about his speech.
So, I smacked him at the back and said, 'Hey, big guy, you'll be great!'
He looked at me with one of those looks (the really greatful one) and smiled. 'Thanks,' he said.
As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began.
'Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those tough years.
Your teachers,
your parents,
your siblings,
maybe a coach...
but mostly your friends....
I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the best gift you can give them.
I am going to tell you a story.'
I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the first day we met.
He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.
He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.
He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
'Thankfully, I was saved.
My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable..'
I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.
