GAD

Generalized anxiety disorder.

“Normal” Worry:

Your worrying doesn’t get in the way of your daily activities and responsibilities.
You’re able to control your worrying.
Your worries, while unpleasant, don’t cause significant distress.
Your worries are limited to a specific, small number of realistic concerns.
Your bouts of worrying last for only a short time period.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder:

Your worrying significantly disrupts your job, activities, or social life.
Your worrying is uncontrollable.
Your worries are extremely upsetting and stressful.
You worry about all sorts of things, and tend to expect the worst.
You’ve been worrying almost every day for at least six months.

Im in the middle ler..
never noticed it before.until when so many ppl is telling me that how come i so ganjiong all the time one.
sighh..

Diagnosing myself as "mild" GAD.
"mild" not as in not serious you know..very serious edii..its going "moderate" then soon become "severe"
Im dying!!

ganjiong over small small thing all the time. then cannot sleep, or wake up in the middle of the night.then stay awake until the alarm rings.

Went to Counseling class today. There was a question about focusing on the past, or present, or future. Mr. James was saying ppl who keep thinking about the past will feel depressed, and those who focus too much on the future will be anxious all the time.

Guess where I am. Past, present, or future?
